We were extremely pleased with the professional services that Michelle provided us including the use of a pricing team to help validate the sale price of our home She offered a free staging consult with Alison Fernandez (who we hired) and it really made a huge impact. Michelle also included floor plans and aerial views of our house in our listing which gave it a wow factor. Michelle was at every showing open house inspection and even at our closing which is not the norm with other realtors. She is a closer and was able to sell our house well over asking price. Michelle made the sale of our house a pleasant experience and stayed on top of things so that we didn't have to worry about all the various details. She did a fantastic job and we will definitely refer her to our friends!
