Excellent Buying Experience

We worked very well with Carl Herndon and Liana Valencia. The communication with Carl during the home buying process was outstanding. He also was instrumental during the negotiation process by talking with the sellers agent. He really fixed a difficult situation and can be counted on to be one your side 100%. He also assisted with home owners insurance and flood insurance by providing good contacts. Carl has a very high degree of honesty and integrity.
