One short phrase sums it up-“In South Florida, you can’t do better than Michele”. I’m an attorney with 35+ years experience and recognize excellence and Michele personifies it. She spent over 1 year helping us find a second home on the beach. She was (and is) extremely knowledgeable and patient. We had high expectations and she met or surpassed all of our needs. She is hard working, thorough and highly responsive-she does what she says! I would not hesitate to recommend Michele whether you’re in the market for a condo or home. Norman and Carol Palmiere

Almost one year ago, I contacted Zillow about property in south Florida. The representative assigned my inquiry to Michele D'Agostino. Personally, it was pure luck...Michele was attentive, up front and enthusiastic without being "pushy". Last week, I closed on my dream property, thanks to Michele. I live in Massachusetts and Michele ensured that from viewing a property to submitting a bid to the last details of closing, that all went seamlessly. Her depth of knowledge, precision and attention to detail, and TIRELESS EFFORT was combined with her always friendly yet professional demeanor. I would encourage anyone looking for "above and beyond" professionalism to contact Michele....

Michele was Awesome! Upon the first day we met her she rearranged her schedule on a weekend to show us the property. Michele investigated the property because it has a construction project going on and she was not the listing agent. She did this to make sure that we would not be buying a nightmare. Michele is extremely knowledgeable about the process and kept us informed every step of the way. If I buy or sell another property in the area she would definitely be my go to realtor. It was a pleasure for us to work with her.

From the moment we spoke on the phone , to the first time we met Michele, she was beyond professional. Michele listened to what we wanted and met our expectations above and beyond! We officially closed today and beside being excited about having our new home we have a new beautiful friend. We could not have done it without this amazing woman! Barbara and Andrew

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michele D'Agostino. She took us through the process of showing us the condominium we inquired about, walking us through what the experience would be like step by step and then facilitated the entire buying process for us, including providing valuable contacts every step of the way. We were able to conduct the entire purchase from offer through closing remotely from our home out of state. We could not have been in better hands or have had more confidence in anyone! We plan to continue to use Michele's expertise and professionalism with every future real estate endeavor we take!

Michele D'Agostino is a top notch Realtor in South Florida. She is educated about the market and the listens to her buyers and sellers goals and limitations. She was quickly able to fine tune our search so that we were seeing property that met our requirements and financial parameters. I had the best buying experience I have ever had with Red Ribbon Service beyond my expectations through the entire search process all the way to the settlement table. She has partnered with a superior team to assure a seamless buying experience and can refer home inspectors, title companies and contractors that operate with the same customer service level that she provides. Her attention to detail and responsive follow up was most notable. There was nothing left to guess work and all information was accurate and current. I recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy a home or condo in the area. She is the most responsive agent in this area.

Michele is a spectacular agent. She listened to what our parameters where for our condo purchase and spent countless hours fine tuning our search and working patiently with our family. We have come very attached to her as a friend and a professional realtor. She has excellent connections in the business and can connect you with reputable services such as title companies, home inspectors and other contractors . She makes getting to the closing table a piece a cake. Michelle is the most conscientious realtor with impeccable attention to detail that I have ever worked with. To have a realtor who was consistently responsive in a timely manner, punctual and thorough made for a pleasurable buying experience.

Where do I begin.... Michele must of went on about 75 showings with me until we finally found a house. Michele’s wisdom and personal care of my family was amazing. Her kindness, understanding and professionalism was out of this world. It’s rare that you find a person in business that makes you a priority and actually cares about every detail. Michele left no stone unturned and was always on her A game. Here’s to you Michele. Thank you is not nearly enough.

From day one meeting Michele, her energy was amazing. She helped me find my perfect home. I loved and appreciated her hard work. She was well aware of my wants and needs and made it her primary point to find those specifics for me. If the place wasn't to her liking, she knew it wasn't what I was looking for.
