Michele has made all of this look very ease and seamless. Her relentless pursuit of perfection and the ultimate goal of closing the deal makes everyone around her, including us, work harder and purposeful. The unending stream of communications put us at the know every minute of the day. The lawyers, closing agents and the HOA all knew that Michele means business and is there 24/7.. Michele was Awesome! Upon the first day we met her she rearranged her schedule on a weekend to show us the property. Michele investigated the property because it has a construction project going on and she was not the listing agent. She did this to make sure that we would not be buying a nightmare.
