My brother died unexpectedly January 2026. I was his trustee and was taken by surprise. My wife and I came down to Florida from Upstate NY to take care of finding all his accounts and getting everything in order. What a relief when I was given Michele’s name for an agent. The second time I came down to finish up I met Michele and here co worker Rachel. They were awesome. Very sympathetic to my concerns and very helpful! I finished cleaning out the house and had to fly home. They assured me all would be fine and they would take care of making the house look new for ghe showings. Well, I was sent videos and pictures of the house before showings and it was emaculate!! The market was in a downturn in the area but they got the highest price I have seen there!! GREAT JOB and I would recommend Michele to anyone who wants to sell fast and get a great price. The other thing was she knew the area even living 2 hours away.
