Two years ago my wife and I started our search for a second home on the east coast of Florida. In the early stages of our search, we would see a listing, call the agent and request more info. If the property was sold, did not meet our needs or if we appeared as "tire kickers" seldom did we hear from that person or agency again. When we flew to Fort Lauderdale to meet in person, we visited several properties and came real close to making an offer on a property in Palm Beach that my wife and I loved. Michelle would also advise us about local traffic, construction projects, safety, beach erosion, building inspections, association health and fees, etc. regarding listings. During Covid she spent countless days driving to properties, filming, researching, and presenting results with no guarantee that we would actually make a purchase. She was relentless. We actually gave up our search believing we would never find the right home but she did not. Due to her complete understanding of what we were looking for and her perseverance we now own a beautiful condo in Pompano Beach and at an awesome price. Best of all, our new friend Michelle, is only 10 minutes away but it does not end there. Michelle has offered to check in on our unit whenever needed, assist with furniture delivery, and has recommended local contractors for impact windows to help lower our insurance fee.
