We had a very limited time frame to find a place here due to being out of state and needed to move by this summer. Michele made it happen when she went above and beyond to help us find a place within two days. Her expert knowledge of the area ensured us an accepted offer right away. This would not have happened with any other agent. She continued to assist us throughout the closing process by communicating our needs with the seller, scheduling the inspections, taking photos for our insurance needs, providing updates on what have been completed and performed the final walk through on our behalf. We only had to come back the second time to pick up our keys to our new home. She even continues to assist us with our moving after the closing to make sure we have a smooth transition.
