We had a need to purchase a second home to support elderly parents. We had to fit a very narrow window as it related to property needs, finances, location, etc. Michelle was supportive throughout our selection and acquisition process. Given this is our second project with Michelle and she has been fantastic both times, I can't imagine working through any future real estate projects with anyone else.
Michele is detail-oriented, highly motivated, knowledgeable about the current housing market, and demands the highest level of performance from all real estate professions in the process.
Michelle is a 5 Star super agent in the Tampa Bay area. She is friendly to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. She always made herself available at our request. She found some excellent options for us and she went to bat for us multiple times throughout the entire process. We benefitted tremendously by having her as an agent.
Michele was recommended to us by a Miami realtor when we first thought we wanted to move to Miami. After looking at homes in Miami, West Palm Beach, and finally Tampa we decided to relocate from Massachusetts to Tampa. Michele was the best Realtor to work with for our relocation to a family friendly part of FL. She really held our hand through the process. She's very detailed and thorough. She remembered our wants while home touring and even helped us figure out our needs! She is by your side through the whole process and I am highly recommending her to our family and friends!
Michele was prepared for our initial home selling meeting with comps and info on the area. She had a photographer take our home photos which made our listing second to none. We had far more views on Zillow than any other homes in the area. She presented us the offers and talked us through them step by step. She also was the buyer agent on the new construction home we were purchasing. She combed through our contract and reviewed her findings. Throughout both the buying and selling process Michele made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way.
We had a very limited time frame to find a place here due to being out of state and needed to move by this summer. Michele made it happen when she went above and beyond to help us find a place within two days. Her expert knowledge of the area ensured us an accepted offer right away. This would not have happened with any other agent. She continued to assist us throughout the closing process by communicating our needs with the seller, scheduling the inspections, taking photos for our insurance needs, providing updates on what have been completed and performed the final walk through on our behalf. We only had to come back the second time to pick up our keys to our new home. She even continues to assist us with our moving after the closing to make sure we have a smooth transition. We would definitely recommend Michele to anyone looking to find a new home here. Thank you Michele. We would not have done it without you.
Five stars really are not enough for Michele. She handled both my buy and my sell and I will never use or recommend anyone else. She is kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and will walk you through every step, every situation as many times as necessary to make sure you understand and feel confident in every situation. And when she recommends anyone to assist in the process, you know they also will be the best . Also if Michele is your broker, you don't just have the best in the industry, you have a friend for life!
Michele helped my husband and I find our home on the first day of our search. It was the second property we saw that day and instantly fell in love with it. The entire process was a breeze, not what we were expecting! Having Michele as our advocate was an absolute blessing, she handled all of our questions and concerns with the builder and made sure we had all the information we needed to close successfully. We really can’t thank her enough and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Tampa area!
I would give Michele all the stars if I could. She handled both my buy and my sell and I would never, EVER, use anyone else. She was kind, patient, thoughtful as well as informative, professional and efficient and as a result, my transactions were very smooth. It's very stressful to buy and sell, but Michele's calm and kind demeanor were extremely helpful in minimizing the anxiety. I happily refer her to everyone looking for a beyond excellent experience!
Professional and courteous, Found our dream home on the first day! Michele is an absolutely wonderful person to work with. She carefully explained the entire home buying process and took the time to answer all of our questions carefully and thoroughly (as first time home buyers we had a lot of questions!). She really has her finger on the pulse of the housing market. Michele found the home my wife and I purchased on day 1 of our search and it was only the second property we looked at! She really went above and beyond to make sure all parties involved including the builder and loan officers stayed in touch with us and facilitated an extremely easy final closing day. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend working with Michele!
