Let me begin by telling you that Michele may be the most patient realtor a buyer may find. After raising our kids and living in the same home on 5 acres for 19 years, my wife and I were ready to move into something for just the two of us. I can say we were not ideal buyers. :) We had very specific ideas of what we were looking for and time to do it. Not only that, but as we toured more houses, those ideas evolved. We wanted a bigger house (but not too big); we wanted less property (but not too small); we didn't want CDD fees; we wanted to be able to entertain. The list went on. We weren't even sure of the exact area we wanted to live in. Michele took us to so many houses and was not only patient, but her expertise really showed as she pointed out so many things we may not have noticed. We finally found the Goldilocks home. It was just right! But it doesn't stop there when it comes to being a great buyer's agent. She ensured we made an offer that benefited us, but was chosen over other buyers. She led us through the entire process with expertise. Keep in mind the last time we bought a house, the internet was barely past dial-up. Not only is hse wonderful, she has put together a great team. Her suggested inspector was impeccable, providing a report that covered everything and made getting the required insurance easy. Even her mortgage broker got us a better interest rate than my credit union! I wouldn't have thought that possible. If you want peace of mind and an agent who will do right by you, you can do no better than Michele. PS She also sold a parcel of ours in less than a week. She's the best!
