I’ve now worked with Michele through a home purchase and a home sale and she was an exceptional realtor in both avenues. Michele has the knowledge and experience to be able to explain your options and allow you to make the best informed decision for yourself. She’s available, attentive to sharing status and updates timely, and friendly. We had the best outcomes working with Michele.
My wife and I purchased a home in Florida remotely while still living in California. Michele was there every step of the way with the highest level of expertise and professionalism.
Michele is very enjoyable to work with. She understands your needs and what you are looking for. I felt she goes the extra mile for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone needing a top realtor.
Michele showed tremendous patience in dealing with my wife and I. We never knew what a great Realtor could do. She made us realize that a Realtor does more than just show houses. She made us feel that someone besides us has our best interest at heart.
Wonderful Experience Michele is dedicated and great to work with. She was very accommodating in working with my husband’s desires for a great outdoor space / lanai and my need for a gorgeous, albeit condensed version of a chef’s kitchen.

We highly recommend Michele Curtin if you're in need of a realtor to help sell your home! Michele helped us navigate a series of tricky situations while going through our home selling process, and she made what could have been a negative experience into a positive one and we ended up selling our home for over asking price. She is courteous, professional, thoughtful and knows her market well. If you're looking to buy or sell in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel areas, Michele is the realtor you want on your team! Thank you so much for everything, Michele!

My husband and I have been involved with our share of realtors and we have to say that Michele is hands down the most knowledgeable realtor we've worked with! She was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns as buyers in this market . Thank you Michele and Cartwright Realty.
