Michael was also gentle in guiding us away from properties that would not have been good investments for a variety of reasons. And he was tireless -- scheduling viewing after viewing (every house we wanted to see) until we found the one. Without his advice, I doubt we would have moved quickly enough to get the house off the market and reach a fair contact price with the sellers. We had a list of about 10 houses to see, Mike took us to them, however, nothing lined up. Just before going home for the day, he took us to one we didn't find interesting based off the pictures.
