Michael Valencia is a tremendous asset to have in your corner as you look to purchase (or sell, or rent) a property. He worked so very hard on our behalf -- answering questions from the inane/obvious to the somewhat legalistic (complicated and annoying), always in record time. The reasons he became a real estate agent will pull at your heart strings and are part of the reason he's such a trustworthy person to have as an advisor, advocate and agent. Before buying this house, when I thought about real estate agents, I thought of someone a little bit fake, who puts on a show, and engages in a bit of underhandedness. Michael is very, very different. He is a person of integrity and great knowledge. He grew up in So. Florida and he really knows the market well. He's also put together a stellar team of trustworthy, direct, honest, competent folks. We were really happy with his lender contact and the service they provided. Same story with the home inspector. Michael was also gentle in guiding us away from properties that would not have been good investments for a variety of reasons. And he was tireless -- scheduling viewing after viewing (every house we wanted to see) until we found the one. Without his advice, I doubt we would have moved quickly enough to get the house off the market and reach a fair contact price with the sellers. Michael is fair, direct, honest, smart -- all the things you would want in a trusted advisor. I would (and have already) give him my highest recommendation.

We had a list of about 10 houses to see, Mike took us to them, however, nothing lined up. Just before going home for the day, he took us to one we didn't find interesting based off the pictures. Once we arrived we knew it was the house for us. His team, loan, lawyer, inspector, etc.. we're first rate. He also did this on a very tight timeline due to us moving from Europe and needing a place quickly. He also has the right people for whatever renovations you desire.
