He’s also very cool thoroughly negotiating and really fights hard for the right price. We’ve used him for buying and selling and both experiences were wonderful.

Easy to communicate with, he went above and beyond by removing dead flies to turning on the water during winterization while the house was vacant. He is a one-stop shop, coordinating all aspects of the house sale and scheduling the necessary work. Definitely not someone to play poker against, as he's a shrewd businessman. I'm glad he was on my team!
