Michael recently helped me sell my home. Although a little outside his normal area, Michael did his homework and recommended a price that immediately got my house noticed. I listed during a slow time of year, so it took a bit to get an offer, but when we did (2 the same day), Michael was extremely skillful in getting us the best offers from both buyers so I could make a decision. I'm not sure what I missed out on by not using a full price agent, there was never a time when I needed more than Michael was providing... professional pictures, staging and updating advise, expert negotiation, and a high level of communication when under contract to make sure everything was good to close. Would definitely use Michael again if needed and recommend him to anyone.

I found Michael Smith on the internet when searching for agents that will list your home for 1%. He turned out to be all I had hoped for. He got me a full price offer in three days well above the local market value without me having to pay any of the buyers closing costs and we closed about 3 weeks later. With his wonderful 1% listing fee it only cost me a total of 4% to sell my home and saved me thousands of dollars as opposed to the usual selling cost of 6 or 7%.
