We had a seamless experience working with Michael and Ryan on the purchase of our cabin. They were true pros from start to finish—knowledgeable, responsive, and always a step ahead. They anticipated our questions before we even had to ask and made the process easy on our end, including coordinating an out-of-state closing. One thing that stood out was the extra effort after the sale. We've worked with Ryan for over 12 years. He helped us buy our house in the French Quarter which had a lot of pre-requisites. We had been loosely looking for a getaway from the city and Ryan and Michael found this MS property for us. They are so easy to communicate with and literally take care of everything. They were available for our questions and helped us work though any issues we had, even some that we weren't thinking about. We highly recommend talking to them.

Michael was a huge help in the house hunting process from start to finish. Once we found a house we loved, he made the process smooth and quick. Which isn’t always easy to do in these situations. He didn’t waste any time & handled everything for us that we needed… and then some. My dad is older, so something like buying a house would be difficult for anyone his age, but because of Michael & Ryan’s help…the process was effortless, even for my dad. Even after the closing when I had questions about certain things, Michael was able to help me without any hesitation. We are extremely thankful we got to know Ryan with a previous sale we made, which was a breeze, thanks to Ryan…and because of that we got the pleasure of working with Michael when buying a house. Michael made sure that everyone we came into contact with (inspections, home insurance, etc) was trustworthy and professional, and there were no hidden charges about anything we weren’t expecting at the end. He was extremely helpful with the entire process, including the actual transaction for the home; when any negotiations came into play, they were handled with ease by Michael. My dad always says “you have to work both sides of the desk” and although he is correct, in this situation I never once had to ask Michael for something a second time, nor did I have to worry about him following up on something when he told me he would follow up on it. Above all, he was patient, thorough, and respectful with my dad while explaining all of the logistics to him. If we ever find ourselves needing a realtor again, there is no other option for us. And if it’s something they wouldn’t be able to help with for some reason, I’d trust anyone they sent me to in order to get the job done. Michael and Ryan are the best in the area, hands down. Despite juggling numerous listings, Ryan/Michael managed to make helping us sell our previous home and buy our new one a priority. They set high but attainable expectations for us from the beginning and maintained an open line of communication throughout the entire process.
