Michael (Mike) Parent just sold our mom’s condo in Silver Spring, MD after being on the market under two months with over 70+ other units for sale! This was a challenging and daunting task from the start, and Mike helped us immeasurably. My brother and I both live on the west coast, and mom’s condo was in Maryland. We traveled there once and saw the state of her home. His contacts for helping to prepare her condo for listing were all honest and within our budget. He worked SO HARD for us! We could never have sold her condo without him. He is so patient, trustworthy, and he has a great eye for staging. He took a dated condo and made it fresh, inviting, and beautiful. I wished my mom could've lived there after the changes! I’ve had many realtors in my life (approx. 8-9), and he’s literally been the best I’ve ever worked with. We were truly lucky to have found him considering our situation. Since I live in California, I regret that I have but one home for Mike to sell. If I had my choice, he’d be my realtor for life. Thank you for everything, Mike!
