Mike made selling my parents' home so much easier than I thought it would be. He had good advice for us on what to do to make the house more marketable, while keeping costs down. He had a suggested list of vendors for different jobs. While Mike had recommendations on improvements to make, he was also open to differing opinions. He educated himself on the neighborhood and recent and current sales. He worked with us to come up with a good price point for the asking price. He was pleasant to work with. Always available to answer questions, even on weekends. Helped guide the clearing out of house and preparing the home for showing. He has a calm personality and approach that helped dampen my anxieties during the process. He wore a suit for the closing which spoke to his understanding of the significance of the event.
