We engaged Michael during a difficult time for our family. We were in an unexpected position and needed to find a new home that could be multi-generational in a short time frame. Our listing time last fall was during a challenging time of year. Through his advice and guidance we withdrew the listing before the Holidays, with the plan to re-list it in February. Because of his knowledge of the market and the strong relationships he has with other Realtors, we were approached prior to re-listing with an interested buyer. We were able to sell without having to fully go back on the market which exceeded our expectations!
