Michael was had to deal with many people for this sale. He had to deal with us being out of state and also someone in state. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. I am not sure why he recommended that most of the furniture be removed from the house.
Michael delivered with a quick and easy cash sale over the listed sales price. He handled all of the details to facilitate closing with me 600 miles away.
Michael was a huge help with getting or house ready to sell. He is honest and sincere about the market and how it effects the house. Michael even went as far as to helping paint our upstairs to get it ready to sell. We would highly recommend Michael to be your agent , you won’t be disappointed.
Michael stayed in close contaontact with me through the entire sales process. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me show the house on short notice. He was effective working with buyer's agents and screening potential buyers.
