Michael was our second realtor, after spending months with a realtor who showed us dozens of homes that did not meet our criteria and was slow to respond to messages. After giving Michael our criteria, he was able to find us the perfect house on the first day! His in depth knowledge of the area ensured that we would feel safe in the location and he worked extremely hard to make sure that we were able to get the best price. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made buying a house in the middle of a pandemic easy!

Michael was had to deal with many people for this sale. He had to deal with us being out of state and also someone in state. He responded to our questions in a timely manner. I am not sure why he recommended that most of the furniture be removed from the house.
