We bought during a very difficult time and there were not a lot of properties on the market. Was like the Wild West and the Town we wanted to live in was competitive. Michael got it done. We still got our home inspection, a beautiful affordable home, and got to keep our right arms. He applied pressure and advised us to be cool; and apparently that works. Happy in our Forever Home!!!
We bought a new house and didn’t have a lot of time to sell. We didn’t have time for a big remodel, stage the place, play around with offers and agents: we wanted it done. I thought I all kinds of ideas. Michael quickly understand our goal was to sell fast. He was to the point. He was very reasonable which made listening to him earlier each time he was right, which was every time. We actually closed a week before our agreement on our P&S Stated!! No extra mortgage payment or HOA. Everyone won!!
