Excellent in every way imaginable. Understanding I am a first-time home buyer and I contacted Michael about possibly buying my first home. I told him about my reservations about when I should buy, the right house, right locations. He was honest with me about giving me as much knowledge he had, not just what he thought I wanted to hear or what would convince me to buy. There was no pressure form him and he walked me through all my options. Always Available Zillow first connected me to Michael after I saw a duplex in North Oak Park that I was interested. He drove from Rocklin to my location that same evening and we looked at two duplexes that night. I work from home and at the time, I was super busy with meetings all day long. Later, once I found the house I placed an offer on, Michael told me which inspections and meetings I had to be present for and took care of the rest for me. I trusted Michael and went with all of his references for the home, pest, and other inspections. Knowledgeable I told Michael what criteria I was searching for and on the very first day, after we met, he followed up with setting me up on MLS updates. He would regularly send me listings that I may be interested in and would always give me advice on their value vs asking price. Overall, Michael is an excellent realtor. I highly recommend him for the qualities I outlined above and so much more. I will definitely use him as my realtor for future deals and will recommend him to all my friends and family!
