We have been working with Mike to find our first house. Mike has been great to work with when ever we have questions he was there to get us the answers we needed. Mike was so helpful in helping find us our first house to purchase and was great to work with always making sure the house we looked at had the things we were looking for. We plan on keeping in touch with Mike, so if we decide to sell our house in the future.

Our experience with this realtor was disappointing overall. Throughout the home-buying process, we felt there was very little guidance or support in helping us identify suitable properties or evaluate homes effectively. During showings, the realtor often appeared unfamiliar with important details about the properties and was unable to answer many of our questions confidently. Scheduling was also difficult, as availability for showings was not very flexible, which made an already stressful process more challenging. Additionally, there were multiple occasions where our offers or price ranges were laughed at or dismissed, which came across as unprofessional and discouraging rather than constructive. We were hoping for a realtor who would provide knowledgeable advice, strong communication, and a more collaborative approach throughout the process, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

Mike was very professional in all communication with us and was very responsive to questions at all times of the day! When we wanted to put in an offer he was quick to send of the comps and help us put in a good offer that was accepted quickly. He was very knowledgeable of what the market was doing and what would help us get our offer accepted.

He took the time to walk us through every step, making sure we understood everything along the way. His communication was excellent, which gave us so much peace of mind being so far away. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. He genuinely cares about his clients and we always felt supported and never rushed throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you, we highly recommend him. We are so grateful for all of his help in finding our new home!
