They tried to man handle me, but, with the help of my Agent Mr. Gillespie, his knowledge and understanding of several of the difficult projects involved, he wasn't having it. His personal connections, professionalism, and the way he communicated with others made everything possible.

I was looking for an investment property and Michael was referred to me by a colleague of mine. Im not one for long winded reviews but the purpose of me writing this is to let folks know that we not only found an investment property but he walked me through the whole process of flipping it for a profit (Acquisition, Renovation, Exit). Michael is as honest as it gets when it comes to whats doable and what isn't and I appreciated that during this project. We are now looking for our second investment property and will be working with Michael and his team again. The guy is a rising star in my opinion.
