Michael was a pleasure to work with and made moving to the DC area from NYC feel manageable. He was organized and thoughtful at every stage of the process, and we ended up with a beautiful house in a neighborhood we love.

I'm so glad I worked with Michael to buy my first home. I had been nervous that as a condo buyer (rather than a house buyer) I'd be a lower-priority client, and that was not the case at all - Michael always responded promptly to my texts and emails, hopped on last-minute evening calls, and went above and beyond to negotiate when there was a surprise in the inspection. Michael did a fantastic job helping my wife and I buy our first home. Michael was extremely knowledgeable about the DC-area housing market, and was invaluable as we searched for a home. At the outset of the process, he walked us through the process in detail so we knew what to expect. Michael then accompanied us to dozens of homes. Michael was always available to show us homes and worked around our schedules to make showings happen. Our home visits were where Michael really shined, as he expertly walked us through each, pointing out various pluses and minuses, and helpfully comparing the homes to previous ones we had seen. Michael also was able to access a number of off market properties for us to look at. When we identified a home where we wanted to make an offer, Michael quickly put together the offer documents, advised us on what terms we should include in this competitive market, and helped us get everything submitted. He then walked us through the closing process to make sure we were on track and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience with Michael and would recommend him to anyone.

Michael was recommended to us by some friends and he did not disappoint. It was a long and arduous journey finding our first home to buy during a tough and incredibly competitive market but he led us through a 14 month search which recently culminated in us closing on a great home in our dream location. He helped us stay optimistic while being realistic about the state of the market which wasn't always easy. He has a great deal of experience and knowledge of real estate in the DC area as well as excellent relationships with other agents in town. And if you have to spend most of your weekends looking at houses with someone, he's fun to spend time with. We can't recommend him enough.

Michael made the entire process of selling our home seamless and simple. He took the lead in prepping our house to sell - making recommendations, finding a handyman and handling all the logistics - as well as getting it on the market. He sold our house quickly for full asking price before we even officially went on the market. He was a total pro in helping us negotiate a rent back and additional details of the closing.
