At the outset of the process, he walked us through the process in detail so we knew what to expect. Michael then accompanied us to dozens of homes. Michael was always available to show us homes and worked around our schedules to make showings happen. Our home visits were where Michael really shined, as he expertly walked us through each, pointing out various pluses and minuses, and helpfully comparing the homes to previous ones we had seen. Michael also was able to access a number of off market properties for us to look at. When we identified a home where we wanted to make an offer, Michael quickly put together the offer documents, advised us on what terms we should include in this competitive market, and helped us get everything submitted. He then walked us through the closing process to make sure we were on track and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience with Michael and would recommend him to anyone.
