Michael Faust was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the initial meeting, he came out of his way to meet with us & learn our expectations. Mike was easy to talk to & very engaging. He has a million stories and really has a lot of good insider info on the Bay Area real estate landscape. Mike is incredibly responsive to his clients and had no qualms about getting us into dozens of properties, despite numerous obstacles presented by the whole COVID debacle. He was a formidable negotiator & in many instances got us either the 1st or only viewing on some properties. He is keen on valuations and great at providing timely tips for saving time or money during the buying process. From insurance, to inspections, to loan applications Mike was our point man, keeping us in the know at all times. We were absolutely uncompromising on our search for a home & Mike never waivered.
