Mia was a blessing to our family, she was there through the whole process in a timely manner, showing her great skills in every step of the way, communicating with us, knowledgeable of what was needed, understanding our wants and needs, and most of all courteous and kind in a loving way, and we thank God for the angel she is.

Mia, was a head of the curve once she came and looked at my home. She gave insight on how to stage my home and provided me through the process from the photographer coming to my home down to the open house! I left out of town to see family and Mia stated to me that should would have an offer by the time I arrive back home and she did!!! As soon as I stepped off the plane she called me with an offer! As we can say the rest is history! The offer was placed in on my home and I closed on sale of my home September 16, 2024.

Mia was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. She gave support and ensured that the process was as simple as possible with the given unique difficult situations involved with our sell. I would recommend her 10/10 times!

This was my husband and myself first time selling a home. We thought because we lived out of state this was going to a headache. Mia work so deligently at making this process such a smooth and as stress free as possible. OMG!! When I did not understand the terminology she had no problem explaining it to me. We ran into a couple of issues and she was quick to suggest what we needed to do as well as refer contractors to handle the task so we did not have to return to Houston and find someone to handle the concerns from the home expection.
