Mia was a blessing to our family, she was there through the whole process in a timely manner, showing her great skills in every step of the way, communicating with us, knowledgeable of what was needed, understanding our wants and needs, and most of all courteous and kind in a loving way, and we thank God for the angel she is.

Mia, was a head of the curve once she came and looked at my home. She gave insight on how to stage my home and provided me through the process from the photographer coming to my home down to the open house! I left out of town to see family and Mia stated to me that should would have an offer by the time I arrive back home and she did!!! As soon as I stepped off the plane she called me with an offer! As we can say the rest is history! The offer was placed in on my home and I closed on sale of my home September 16, 2024.

This was my husband and myself first time selling a home. We thought because we lived out of state this was going to a headache. I can't say enough about Mia Romar! When I decided to sell my home, I notified Mia immediately, because of my prior experience with her in buying my previous home. Mia came out to visit and was well prepared with the market analysis for that community. As we walked through the home ( which I thought was sale ready, Lol), she informed me on little changes and additions that needed to be made, in order to make the home more marketable and profitable. As always, Mia is knowledgeable and abreast of todays potential buyers desires in purchasing homes. Mia further informed me of the process that would occur in the preparation in the selling of my home. Throughout the process, I was kept apprised of potential views of my home by Mia and through the use of app/link. Most importantly to me, Mia was quickly responsive when I reached out to her for my, "Just thought about" questions. Once a buyer was found, Mia notified me immediately, informing me of the next steps,and what will be occurring during that period. On closing day, I explained to Mia that my wife and I did not want to change the closing date (Our daughter was having a baby), and we would be at the hospital. Mia accommodated our wishes and arranged for the notary to come to the hospital (She was at 5, don't judge me, Lol). It was a great day to celebrate a new grandson and the smooth selling of our home. The sale of my house was a unique one. I'm currently living overseas and decided to sell my home back in the States. I had some assistance from a family member, but they lived a 3 hours drive away. Mia was able to help with pretty much everything from getting the place cleaned, to getting it repaired. Without her assistance, it would have taken me much longer to sell the house. She really went above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen for me and it is greatly appreciated.
