About Melissa Trout; Real Estate Professional
Since 2001, Melissa Trout has been a top professional with particular expertise in investing, financing, positive cash-flow analysis and sales of real property. She particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, military, relocation and investment property clients. At Sacramento State University, Melissa majored in Business, Accounting and Interior Design. A San Diegan since 1996, she likes spending time at our wonderful Zoo and Museums as well as enjoying hiking with her husband, Chris and son Christopher. She is an ELK, an active PTA board member at her son's school, an has chaired several community fundraisers raising over $130,000. Her limited free time is spent gardening, staging and re-decorating, utilizing her interior design talents.
