My experience with Melissa Somone Graham. I sold my house during march 2020 and we all know what was going on then. She gave me a list of things to do about a month before the covid broke. I called her very worried. Melissa said dont worry I have this and she did. 1st day on the market we had a closing date. I can tell you one thing she knows what she is doing. The village was impossible but she was diligent. Thank You again Melissa.

Working with Melissa was amazing. I was referred to her from one of my friends at work since I was in the process of looking for a new home with my husband and son. I came in contact with her and she was kind, respectful, helpful, and very professional and informative. She was able to get us an adorable townhome and I can't thank her enough. She went out of her way to help and I would definitely refer her to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

I don't even know where to start in reviewing Melissa. She is incredible! She is knowledgable, accessible, patient, helpful and most of all compassionate. She showed me things to look for in a way that was not opinionated, but rather guided me to let me discover things on my own. This was my first home-buying experience and because of that I needed a lot of coaching - she was the BEST.

Melissa worked with my brother and me to sell our mother’s home during 1Q2019 in the near west suburb of Franklin Park IL. Being out of town myself, Melissa’s local knowledge of the current market and helpfulness was above and beyond the norm. Her attentiveness to detail expedited the home sale to weeks where most “as-is” sales drag into months if you don’t want to get ripped off. Melissa’s efforts resulted in a home sale exceeding sale asking price by $20k through a competitive blitz weekend sale open-house process. Her helpfulness from listing to offers to closing included above and beyond efforts including getting heat back on after a home-viewer turned off the furnace switch and service was needed. Most agents would simply call you (and I’m in another state) and report “you got a problem”. Melissa solved it! I would call on her for any reality help in her west-side work.

Melissa was an amazing agent - sticking with us through some tough circumstances and driving well out of her way many times to ensure we found our perfect home. She had great recommendations and advice along the way and has even become a friend! She went above and beyond and provided a real and personal experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking a home.

My Wife and I worked with Melissa by reference from our Realtor in MN where we sold. She helped us find a beautiful home, and get it for a steal via negotiations with the Seller. We couldn't be happier and will be referring anyone we know looking to buy or sell to her. She is considered a friend now and you can't say anything better than that. You'd be making a mistake by not using her.
