There were several external factors (market, disorganized HOA, oddball tenants in other units, to name a few) but Melissa was diligent in marketing the unit and working around them. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great understanding of the Pinellas market, whether it's beach properties or something in a neighborhood. I can't recommend her highly enough!
