Melissa was outstanding in every way during the sale of my home. She has great knowledge of the entire area and especially (Green) where the home was located. She kept me apprised of the changing market conditions while we prepared the property prior to listing. She always responded immediately via text, email and phone to any questions or concerns and was available anytime for comprehensive, detailed conversations on the phone when necessary. Her recommendations were always spot on and helped maximize the value of the home while keeping our expenses in check. Melissa is a strong negotiator with fantastic communication skills. She was always friendly, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better representative and am very thankful for her great attitude, experience and expertise.
