I do not post very often, but I had to post about Melissa Huk as I believe everyone needs to know just how amazing of a realtor she is. I have to say when she was referred to my husband and we were in a very crazy position. We had just put a down payment on a home out of state and needed to get rid of our home in Poway right away. She came in the day we came back in town and was able to let us know what we needed done, not only that but she had the contacts/people who were able to do it for us. Buying a home can be a stressful process especially when you’re moving from a different state. I had no idea what to look for in San Diego and I was so glad that I found Melissa. I talked to Melissa on the phone when I was in Michigan before I came to San Diego for house hunting. I knew the moment I talked to Melissa that she was the right agent for me. Not only did she know San Diego inside out but also she was extremely attentive, friendly, experienced and understood my needs completely.
