Went looking for a second home in Yuma and made a cold call on a different property than the one we purchased. We met Melissa later that day and looked at several homes over that weekend before we decided. Melissa demonstrated excellent knowledge of the various neighborhoods and areas around Yuma and opportunities outside of town. She listened to our wants and needs for a property and respected our knowledge and understanding based on our previous Real Estate transactions. Home inspection uncovered some issues and she proactively got bids and estimates for needed repairs which put us in a far better negotiating position to complete sale.
