Went looking for a second home in Yuma and made a cold call on a different property than the one we purchased. We met Melissa later that day and looked at several homes over that weekend before we decided. Melissa was great, she handled all my concerns wonderfully. She is a excellent communicator and works hard to keep you in the know of the purchase process. I was selling my house in WA and buying in Yuma, it was a contingent sale. She took my all over the foothills looking at homes that fit my needs.
