My fiance and I did not know where to start. When talking with a co-worker and she recommended Melissa. This was the best thing i could've asked for. Melissa was so fast to communicate with, answered all my questions. She did not make me feel dumb, as a first time home buyer I was very worried about being a burden. Melissa made sure to get us in to see every house I asked about. My parents were a huge help with this home for us and they tagged along for almost every house we saw. Melissa encouraged my parents to come and share the experience and making sure every house would be a good match for us. I would and will recommend Melissa every time someone asks. She is definitely very good at her job and flexible trying to work around all four of our busy schedules.
