My fiance and I did not know where to start. When talking with a co-worker and she recommended Melissa. This was the best thing i could've asked for. Melissa was so fast to communicate with, answered all my questions. She did not make me feel dumb, as a first time home buyer I was very worried about being a burden. Melissa made sure to get us in to see every house I asked about. My parents were a huge help with this home for us and they tagged along for almost every house we saw. Melissa help so much with my first time home purchase. I had very little knowledge about the processes of buying a home and she walked me through every step. Any time there was a problem she was right there to offer advice and help me solve the issue. Melissa was also very proactive making sure I got the best deal I could on my home purchase, showing me issues and other things we could use as leverage against the buyers to bring the price down. When the fridge in the new house was dead before the final sale she even convinced the sellers to give me a refund to help cover thr costs of a new fridge. Melissa is extremely kind and has a good sense of humor that helped keep the nerves down when things got stressful. I highly recommend using her services and I will be working with her again if I need to do any more home buying.
