Melissa is the best. She keeps your needs fulfilled from start to finish and after. She has been our realtor 3 times and was there for us at every twist and turn through all 3 transactions. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and tough when she needs to be. We hopefully are done moving but if we are not we will be calling her again! Melissa help so much with my first time home purchase. I had very little knowledge about the processes of buying a home and she walked me through every step. Any time there was a problem she was right there to offer advice and help me solve the issue. Melissa was also very proactive making sure I got the best deal I could on my home purchase, showing me issues and other things we could use as leverage against the buyers to bring the price down. When the fridge in the new house was dead before the final sale she even convinced the sellers to give me a refund to help cover thr costs of a new fridge. Melissa is extremely kind and has a good sense of humor that helped keep the nerves down when things got stressful.
