As I reflect on my home-buying experience, filled with numerous stakeholders and processes - Melissa Bianco was the absolute most influential, impactful, and genuine person in every step towards purchasing our 1st home. Her trademark is her honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism. Melissa's knowledge of northern VA / Capital region, and ability to negotiate for her client's interest, provided my active duty military family of 5, a phenomenal first experience using the VA loan. In June 2019, I moved to NoVA from NY. I did not know the area and rented an apartment in Woodbridge. My daughter and I were not happy there and the commute to Tysons was terrible. In August I began searching online for assistance and contacted Melissa. It was over the weekend and she was the only agent who answered my call and assured me that she would help me. We found a condo in August 2019 to rent that I eventually purchased in June 2022. Melissa assisted with both transactions and I highly recommend her. She is readily available and extremely helpful.

Melissa helped me sell my Virginia condo from California! She not only helped me sell my place at a great price, she also helped me get it ready for sale prior. She did all of the legwork for me - getting renovation estimates, selecting the best contractor, overseeing the work, then getting my place staged, and finally selling!
