I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Adams to sell 2 houses this year. Melissa did an excellent job with all the necessary work realtors have to do to sell a house and she did so very expeditiously. But it was her compassion and the moral stance she took when she realized our buyer was being discriminated by an HOA. Melissa went way out of her way to help and protect the buyer, and fought for their rights with the HOA. Had it not been for her compassion, perseverance and knowledge in this matter, the sale would have fallen apart. She literally saved the deal, by going went way beyond the call of duty of a realtor, out of sheer compassion. EXCELLENT! Melissa was everything I was looking for in a real estate agent. She was professional, patient, cordial, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and responsible. We wasted almost an entire year with failed attempts (inadequate real estate agents and lenders). Yet, it took us only 2 months to find and close on a home with Melissa as our agent.
