Wow! Melinda is an absolutely wonderful real estate agent! She goes above and beyond the call of duty! She is not too pushy, and makes sure to give you all the information in a clear manner, so that you never feel pressured into making foolish financial decisions. At the same time, however, she is extremely flexible and ready to change your search criteria and preferences whenever you want, and talk over the pros and cons of different options with you. She will track down the answers to any questions you might have, no matter how obscure, and unrelated to her field. She is always available to talk, text, and just help you navigate the many decisions that face you when buying a new home. Her advise is excellent! She told us to run a couple extra tests on our inspection, and because of this, some things were caught that would not have been had we neglected to run these tests, and because of this the seller paid to fix these things, and we saved thousands of dollars in costly repairs. She goes the second mile in her service! She has found someone to take over our lease in our old apartment, saving us thousands again! She went above and beyond in countless ways, sometimes out of her own pocket! She is truly amazing, and I heartily recommend her to anyone!
Melinda was always quick to respond to our calls/emails, and answered ALL of our questions in detail. She took time out of her schedule to look up some extra requests we had, like mineral rights questions. She even sent us dinner when we moved in. Melinda is overall just a great realtor and very pleasant to work with.
