We actually met Melina Bienlien a yr. Before when we were just talking about the possibility of moving ..she spent the whole day with us to show us around …knowing we were not even close to making that big decision!!! She made such an impression on us ( we felt like she was someone we had always known but had only met once ) then almost 1 yr. Later we remembered her & got InTouch again …Melina not only went out of her way the 1st. Time but the 2ed time as well!! Melina Bienlien went above and beyond helping us relocate from Illinois to North Carolina and purchase our forever home in The Falls at Newton. Since we were buying from out of state, COMMUNICATION and TRUST were extremely important to us, and Melina exceeded every expectation. We could not be in town for the Blue tape walk through ( which is so important ) & we put our trust in her to be our eyes , She helped us navigate the entire new construction process over several months & trust me I had a ton of questions !!!! lol I probably made her crazy ?!?!?!? Lol I personally had just gone threw several small heart attacks & then triple bypass Heart Surgery & my brain wasn’t functioning as normal… & I probably mentioned I wasn’t a Lawyer a few X’s at least … & that I needed her to be our advocate. Melina Bienlien Made us feel confident every step of the way. We highly recommend Melina to anyone moving to North Carolina or buying a new construction home.
