Melina helped the reviewer buy this property

Professional, cool, warrior. 😎

Our realtor Melina Bienlien really did an exceptional job for us. From the U.K. we made several visits to Lake Norman and every time Melina made us feel truly welcome. Once we found our new home Melina coordinated the whole negotiation, inspections and purchase process- making everything smooth and seamless all the way to closing day and beyond. We are so pleased to have met Melina, who has become a real friend to us - also loves her cars which is awesome!!! Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
