She put in a lot of work to make things happen in a way that I was comfortable with and it all paid off in the end. For example, I told her I didn't care about staging, I just wanted to get it on the market quickly. Melanie was able to get people in to do repairs and staging quickly so there were no delays. Once again, I was wrong and she was right. The staging made a huge difference and it looked beautiful. She helped me set a price that I was comfortable with but predicted it would sell above the asking price. Once again, Melanie was right. We received multiple offers over asking price, and Melanie talked me through the pros and cons of various offers. We closed in two weeks, more than 10% over asking price. My experience as a homeowner was tumultuous, but selling with Melanie could not have been easier. I am forever grateful and will be giving her a call any time I, or anyone close to me, has home buying or selling needs.
