She helped me set a price that I was comfortable with but predicted it would sell above the asking price. Once again, Melanie was right. We received multiple offers over asking price, and Melanie talked me through the pros and cons of various offers. We closed in two weeks, more than 10% over asking price. My experience as a homeowner was tumultuous, but selling with Melanie could not have been easier. I am forever grateful and will be giving her a call any time I, or anyone close to me, has home buying or selling needs.
