Melanie is a fantastic person. We started with her on a journey that took about a year due to some illness complications. She was so patient and understanding while we went through our issues, and kept in contact with us to see how we were doing. Then, when we were ready, WOW, she jumped on it and got us going! She showed us how the market was working in our area, gave us comps, and we agreed on an asking price. My Mom owned the house. She wasn't sure about the price, but my brother and I felt very secure in trusting Melanie. We got lucky, and happened into a really good market. Melanie got us motivated to prepare our home. She told exactly what we needed to do to showcase our home and get the best offers. We got 11 offers in 3 days!! Mom was really happy with the offer. My brother and I were thrilled for Mom. I can't even describe what an asset Melanie is. She's an amazing person to have at your side. She has a great personality. She is kind, caring, and is there for you every step of the way. She is the kind of relator everyone wants. We are SO blessed to have met her and to call her our friend.

The market was brutal but we never felt lost in the house buying process and her creativity in building offers, and confidence building helped us to scoop up our dream home. Being a first time homebuyer and working a a lot , Melanie really educated me on what the housing market was like. she made herself available practically accessible around my work schedule and anytime i had a quirky question to ask. When we expressed an interest on our new home she was instrumental in educating us on what we would consider as the best offer. Budget-driven as we were sometimes it seemed hopeless, but Melanie always kept us afloat by emailing new listings on a daily basis. 5 stars isnt good enough... she deserves a million stars
