She was so patient and understanding while we went through our issues, and kept in contact with us to see how we were doing. Then, when we were ready, WOW, she jumped on it and got us going! She showed us how the market was working in our area, gave us comps, and we agreed on an asking price. My Mom owned the house. She wasn't sure about the price, but my brother and I felt very secure in trusting Melanie. We got lucky, and happened into a really good market. Melanie got us motivated to prepare our home. She told exactly what we needed to do to showcase our home and get the best offers. We got 11 offers in 3 days!! Mom was really happy with the offer. My brother and I were thrilled for Mom. Melanie has a wealth of knowledge in real estate, which was shown through her educating us in how you can make a strong offer that will be accepted in a market like todays.
