Melanie Bounds

Melanie was a lifesaver. We were trying to clean up and sell my brothers home that was about an hour away from where we lived. It was in awful shape. Melanie drove across town, met with us and was so encouraging. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She was honest about telling us what we could expect and didn't make empty promises. She constantly kept in contact with us even when it seemed things were stalling due to contractor issues. She always had our back. She was persistent and negotiated with the buyer to get the best deal for us. She was always willing to put our needs first. We are so grateful to her for walking with us the entire way.
