Melanie Baker

"Our experience with Melanie Baker as our realtor has been more than we could ever ask for. She has been a blessing through this process and found the perfect home for our family. She was very knowledgeable about the community and neighborhood we were interested in, as well as the features we were looking for in a home. She was patient, understanding and beyond helpful. I cannot say enough about Melanie and the work she did for us. I would refer her to any family members or friends interested in moving in the area. I appreciate the time she has put in to working with us as well as building a relationship with us. Deciding to move our family to a different state is stressful to say the least. However, Melanie has made this whole process much more enjoyable and always gave us peace of mind when faced with certain situations. Melanie, you're amazing! Thank you for finding our home in the beautiful state of Texas :)"

"Melanie Baker was our broker when we moved to the area 2 years prior-recommended by my husbands company. We had a very positive experience so there was never a discussion on who to call. She was very professional and understanding of the stressors involved with moving. Our home photos were absolutely beautiful! Our house hit the MLS on a Thursday morning and by Monday noon we were signing papers! Best realtor experience!"

We were referred by my husbands relocation company. We had the option of going elsewhere if we wanted, but after speaking with Melanie and explaining what we wanted, we felt confident we were with the right agent. We have moved several times thru the years and this was by far the most enjoyable experience we have had with a realtor. She was terrific!

I was currently living in California when we were trying to purchase a house in the tyler area. Melanie was very helpful with showing us houses through facetime through my mother in law. We found a house in whitehouse and Melanie was there for us through the whole thing. She would make multiple trips to the house for us since we were not there. She was very helpful and i would highly recommend her.

Even though Melanie is absolutely professional and experienced, she comes across as a down-to-earth, genuine friend. Easy to talk with, laugh with, and stay in touch. When there is good news, you get it. When it might be bad news, you get it, timely, straightforward, and with personal insight.

There are no adequate words to describe my relief in regards to working with Melanie. This was my first home purchase and I am a bit of a nervous Nellie. I also ask lots of questions and want a lot of details. Melanie was kind, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt at a complete loss in the beginning of this process, and she took care of everything and I had to ask for nothing. She is an exceptional people person and genuinely cared that I found a home that I loved. Melanie is the ultimate professional in the field of real estate.
