Derick is extremely responsive. We had to make a quick decision and he was a straight shooter with us which is our style and we appreciate. We had many follow up questions at all times of the day and night involving contractors and deadlines and Derick responded pretty much immediately to all. He coordinated a carpet contractor so we could have this done before all the furniture was moved & helped us after the move with a small contracting job we needed fixed.
